Shipping & Delivery

We use Royal Mail to dispatch your beautiful lingerie within the UK. Internationally, we use Royal Mail Internationaland offer a premium DHL Express service for faster delivery.

All orders are tracked and may require a signature on delivery to ensure your lingerie arrives in perfect condition. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 6 working days (3 days processing + 3 days delivery).

All our packaging is made from paper and cardboard — 100% recyclable and plastic-free.

United Kingdom

  • Free postage on all orders over £50 GBP

  • £4.50 GBP postage for orders under £50

  • Delivered via Royal Mail Tracked

  • Estimated delivery: 3 working days from dispatch

No customs charges apply.

European Union (EU Countries – IOSS Scheme)

  • Free postage on all orders over €290 EUR (£250 GBP)

  • €14 EUR (£12 GBP) postage for orders under that value

  • Shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed

  • Estimated delivery: 3-12 working days from dispatch

Customs & VAT (IOSS)

  • For orders up to €150: Ouh La La uses the IOSS scheme, collecting and paying VAT at checkout — no customs charges when your parcel arrives.

  • For orders over €150: IOSS does not apply. Local VAT and duties may be collected by your courier.

Non-EU European Countries

Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein

  • Free postage on all orders over CHF 285 / €290 / NOK 3,200

  • €14 EUR (£12 GBP) postage for orders under that value

  • Sent with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed

  • Estimated delivery: 3-12 working days

These countries are not part of the EU or IOSS scheme. Local VAT or customs rules may apply; however, most small parcels are delivered with little or no extra cost.

United States (DDP – No Customs Charges)

  • Free postage on all orders over $380 USD (£300 GBP) via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed, delivered through USPS once in the US

  • Free DHL Express on orders over $640 USD (£500 GBP)

  • $19 USD (£15 GBP) postage for orders under $380 USD

  • Optional DHL Express for $50 USD (£40 GBP) on orders under $640 USD

  • Delivery: 7–21 working days (Royal Mail / USPS) or 3–10 days (DHL Express)

Customs & Duties
All US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
Ouh La La pays all duties and taxes — there are no customs charges for US customers.

Canada

  • Free postage on all orders over $515 CAD (£300 GBP)

  • Free DHL Express on orders over $860 CAD (£500 GBP)

  • $26 CAD (£15 GBP) postage for orders under $515 CAD

  • Optional DHL Express for $69 CAD (£40 GBP)** on orders under $860 CAD**

  • Delivery: 7–21 working days (Royal Mail) or 3–10 days (DHL Express)

Most Canadian parcels arrive without any additional fees. In rare cases, GST/HST or duties may apply and are collected by the courier.

Australia

  • Free postage on all orders over AUD 580 (£300 GBP) via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed

  • Free DHL Express on orders over AUD 970 (£500 GBP)

  • AUD 29 (£15 GBP) postage for orders under AUD 580

  • Optional DHL Express for AUD 87 (£45 GBP) on orders under AUD 970

  • Delivery: 5–15 working days (Royal Mail) or 3–10 days (DHL Express)

Customs & Duties
Orders under AUD 1,000 are duty-free. Most Australian customers receive their parcels without any extra charges.

New Zealand

  • Free postage on all orders over NZD 620 (£300 GBP) via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed

  • Free DHL Express on orders over NZD 1,040 (£500 GBP)

  • NZD 31 (£15 GBP) postage for orders under NZD 620

  • Optional DHL Express for NZD 93 (£45 GBP) on orders under NZD 1,040

  • Delivery: 5–15 working days (Royal Mail) or 3–10 days (DHL Express)

Customs & Duties
Most parcels are delivered without any additional charges. GST or duties may occasionally apply to higher-value imports and are collected by the courier if due.

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked or DHL Express

  • Free DHL Express on orders over AED 2,350 (£500 GBP)

  • AED 70 (£15 GBP) postage for standard Royal Mail service

  • Delivery: 5–15 working days (Royal Mail) or 3–10 days (DHL Express)

Customs & Duties
The UAE applies 5% VAT on imports, but most of our parcels are delivered without additional charges.

Saudi Arabia

  • Shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked or DHL Express

  • Free DHL Express on orders over SAR 2,800 (£500 GBP)

  • SAR 75 (£15 GBP) postage for standard Royal Mail service

  • Delivery: 5–15 working days (Royal Mail) or 3–10 days (DHL Express)

Customs & Duties
Saudi Arabia applies 15% VAT on imports. However, most lingerie orders are delivered without additional fees, and any applicable VAT is collected locally by the courier.

Rest of the World

  • Free postage on all orders over £300 GBP (or equivalent local currency)

  • £15 GBP postage for orders under £300 GBP

  • Optional DHL Express for £50 GBP (or equivalent)

  • Delivery: 7–15 working days (Royal Mail) or 3–10 days (DHL Express)

Most customers worldwide receive their parcels without additional charges.
