Sloggi does not use one single sizing system across every collection. Basic Plus, Double Comfort and Romance use familiar UK clothing or bra sizes, while highly elastic ranges such as Zero Feel and Free Evolve are designed around flexible sizing.

For standard-sized products, your usual size is a sensible starting point. For stretch-led styles, the fabric is intended to adapt across a broader range of body shapes, so it is important to follow the size options shown on the individual product rather than converting automatically from another range.

Zero Feel also includes selected “plus” size options in its soft bras and bralettes, offering extra room through the cup while retaining the same soft, wire-free construction.

• Choose a cotton brief when breathability, softness and familiar everyday coverage matter most.
• Choose a seam-free bralette or soft bra when you want comfort without underwires and a smoother look beneath clothing.
• Choose a top or body when you want a lightweight first layer with minimal seams.
• Choose a maxi brief for fuller coverage, a midi for a balanced everyday fit, or a tai or mini for a higher-cut leg.
• Choose a long brief or cyclist short when you want more thigh coverage beneath dresses or relaxed clothing.
• Choose flexible-size ranges when you prefer underwear that stretches and adapts rather than feeling firmly structured.

The right range will depend on whether your priority is cotton softness, invisibility beneath clothing, flexible fit or a more decorative finish.

Sloggi uses different fabrics according to the job each collection is designed to do. Basic Plus and Double Comfort rely heavily on cotton for softness and breathability. Zero Feel uses recycled polyamide with elastane for lightweight 360-degree stretch, while Free Evolve includes TENCEL Modal and stretch lace. Romance combines Supima cotton with polyamide lace and elastane.

The exact composition and washing instructions vary considerably between products. Some cotton briefs are designed for machine washing at higher temperatures, while technical microfibre, lace and padded pieces require gentler care. Always follow the care label inside the garment rather than applying one washing method to the whole brand.

As a general guide:

• Fasten any hooks and remove pads where the care instructions advise doing so.
• Use a lingerie wash bag for delicate or bonded pieces if machine washing is permitted.
• Avoid bleach and fabric conditioner.
• Do not tumble dry unless the individual care label specifically allows it.
• Dry soft bras and stretch pieces naturally, away from radiators and direct heat.
