The fibre balance changes with the garment: a decorative thong can contain around 43% silk alongside polyamide, elastane, polyester and cotton, while a flowing negligee can be more than 90% silk.

Dressing Floral is built around finely openworked floral guipure placed over a sheer ‘tattoo’ ground. The design looks as though the embroidered motifs are floating against the skin, giving a highly decorative effect without covering the body in dense lace.

Soir de Venise is theatrical Lise Charmel: arabesque embroidery, guipure, Calais lace and hand-applied crystal detail inspired by the grandeur of a Venetian evening. A tiny mask-shaped jewel at the centre front gives many of the bras their recognisable finishing touch.

The collection contains open half-cups, vertical-seam balconettes, fuller three-part bras, moulded shapes and matching corsetry. The exact fibre mix follows the construction: an embroidered half-cup is commonly based on polyamide and polyester with smaller amounts of cotton and elastane, while fuller support styles contain more polyamide and elastane for hold.
