Simple Refunds and Exchanges Process

We are dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction and fully understand that a bra must both fit perfectly and look great. With that in mind, you may return any item within 30 days of receipt of the product/s - no questions asked and receive a full refund, or an exchange should you wish. We do not charge restocking or admin fees.

Please note for Christmas gifts the refund/exchange period is extended until 31st January

Refunds

Sometimes you’re just not in love with what you purchased - and that’s fine! If you change your mind we will gladly refund the purchase price or exchange them, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the product/s
  2. All returned items must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with its labels still on and never been worn. Any product returned that has been damaged or washed will not be refunded or exchanged. When trying on your Ouh La La purchase please avoid make up or lotions coming into contact with them. Please also make sure that bottoms are tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done.
  3. Customers are responsible for shipping return and exchange items to Ouh La La, including the cost of shipping.
  4. A peel off return address label is included with every order and the address is also at the bottom of this page.
  5. Please include the delivery note so we can identify your order and mark which items you are returning
  6. Just post the return lingerie back to our shop/warehouse in Haywards Heath
  7. Refunds will be processed and payments returned to the original form of payment.
  8. We process your refund when the lingerie arrives back in the store/warehouse.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a purchase, we will be happy do so, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Items are returned within receipt of the product/s

Faulty returns

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase, but on very rare occasions the products can be faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown. 

Please follow the returns process for this and add a note explaining the situation. We may email you or phone you for further information.

Return shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only if the customer provides proof of the shipping amount.

Cancelling an order

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If we have shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as the purchase is received back in store.
