Triumph bras are generally true to size in our fitting experience. The feel can still change considerably between collections: a moulded T-shirt bra, a minimiser, a traditional non-wired bra and a high-support sports bra are designed to sit and shape the bust in different ways.

Your best size will therefore depend on the individual style, your breast shape and the level of coverage or control you prefer. We would not recommend changing size automatically simply because you are moving from one Triumph collection to another.

• Choose a full-cup or classic support bra when secure coverage and dependable everyday hold are the priority.
• Choose a T-shirt, spacer or seamless bra when you want a smoother outline beneath fitted or lightweight clothing.
• Choose a minimiser if you want the bust to appear less projected beneath shirts, dresses or button-front clothing.
• Choose a wireless bra when you prefer support without an underwire and a softer feel around the body.
• Choose a strapless bra for occasionwear, summer dresses and open-shouldered outfits.

• Choose shaping briefs or a bodysuit when you want a smoother line through the waist, hips or torso.

Triumph uses a particularly wide fabric palette because the collection covers everything from lace lingerie to sports bras and nightwear. Polyamide, polyester and elastane are common in supportive and stretch garments, while cotton, modal, viscose and lyocell appear across selected briefs, tops, nightwear and linings. Some newer products also use recycled fibres.

There is no single care instruction suitable for every Triumph product. Many bras require hand washing, while selected briefs, sports pieces, nightwear and loungewear may allow machine washing. Always check the product information and the care label inside the garment.

To help your Triumph pieces keep their shape and elasticity:

• Hand wash bras and delicate lingerie whenever possible.
• Machine wash only when the individual care label permits it.
• Use a gentle detergent intended for delicate fabrics.
• Avoid bleach, fabric conditioner and harsh detergents.
• Do not tumble dry unless the care label specifically allows it.
• Keep lingerie away from radiators and direct heat.
• Reshape bras gently and allow them to dry naturally without twisting or wringing.
