Bye Bra does not use one sizing system across the whole collection. Adhesive bras such as the Diva, Gala and Seamless U-Style are sold by cup letter, but the brand’s chart maps those letters to combinations of band and cup sizes. A labelled D, for example, is not simply the same thing as every UK D cup. Use the individual product chart rather than choosing from cup letter alone.

Tape products work differently again. The 7.5 cm Body Tape is a one-size roll intended for cup sizes A-F+, while Breast Lift Tape is offered in grouped ranges such as A-C, D-F and F-H. For shapewear, use waist and hip measurements and choose the stated support level as carefully as the size: strong sculpting is meant to feel substantially firmer than a light smoothing piece.

Adhesive solutions need clean, completely dry skin with no oils, body lotion or cream where the adhesive will sit. Bye Bra’s single-use breast tapes advise a maximum wear time of eight hours. These products are designed for outfit-specific support rather than as a substitute for a correctly fitted everyday bra.

• Choose breast tape when the neckline or back of the outfit rules out a normal bra and you want to control the exact direction of lift.
• Choose an adhesive bra when you want a more familiar cup shape without shoulder straps or a back band.
• Choose a U-style or deep-plunge solution for low front necklines where a conventional centre gore would show.
• Choose nipple covers when coverage is the priority but you do not need meaningful lift or bra-style support.
• Choose a low-back bodysuit or low-back brief when you need smoothing around the torso while keeping the back of the outfit clear.
• Choose Sculpting Shapewear for stronger control through the waist, tummy, hips or thighs.
• Choose Soft Touch or Uni-Stretch pieces when adaptability and a smoother, less rigid feel are more important than maximum compression.

Bye Bra uses materials according to function rather than applying one fabric formula across the brand. Cotton gives breast tape a more breathable textile base; elastane adds stretch and recovery; polyamide creates the smooth, resilient surface used in many adhesive bras and shapewear pieces; and high elastane percentages provide the firmer recovery needed in sculpting garments. Silicone and medical-grade adhesive systems are used where direct skin contact and secure hold are essential.

Care depends on the product. Single-use tapes should be discarded after wear and should not be washed. Reusable adhesive bras are generally hand-washed with warm water and mild soap, air-dried, and stored with their protective films in place so the adhesive surface stays clean. Silicone nipple covers should also be hand-washed gently and air-dried.

Washable shapewear should be cared for separately from adhesive products. Follow the garment label; many current Bye Bra shaping pieces allow washing at or below 30°C and should be air-dried without bleach, ironing or tumble drying. For suitable washable lingerie and shapewear, Soak lingerie wash is a gentle option. Do not use lingerie wash on single-use tapes, adhesive surfaces or products that are not designed to be washed.
