Use your usual UK size as the starting point. A wireless Norah, a spacer Norah and a moulded Emma will not feel identical in the same size because each controls breast volume differently.

For fuller busts, Norah is the best first comparison. Its wireless support bra is very covering and extends to fuller cup sizes, while the spacer and moulded versions give a smoother outline. The band should stay level and the cup should contain the whole breast without the lining folding or the upper edge cutting in.

If you want a T-shirt bra but have a projected bust, check cup depth carefully. A foam cup should follow the breast rather than flatten it; if the band feels correct but the cup pushes tissue out at the neckline or side, extra cup volume may be the better adjustment.

EasyFeel briefs are generally a sensible starting point in your usual dress size. High-waisted and full briefs provide more coverage, while shorties and tangas sit lower or reveal more of the back.
