PrimaDonna uses polyamide, polyester and elastane across most bras, with cotton appearing in selected support sections and brief gussets. Fibre percentages vary because a stable full-cup bra and a smooth moulded bra require different fabrics.
Representative current examples include the Deauville full-cup bra at 60% polyamide, 17% polyester, 13% cotton and 10% elastane; the Madison full-cup bra at 75% polyamide, 18% elastane and 7% polyester; and the Montara full-cup bra at 43% polyamide, 50% polyester and 7% elastane.
Current PrimaDonna bras are commonly labelled for a 30°C gentle wash. Hand washing remains the gentlest option for underwires, embroidery and moulded cups.
- Fasten hooks before washing.
- Use a lingerie bag for machine washing.
- Avoid bleach, fabric conditioner and tumble drying.
- Reshape moulded cups while damp.
- Air dry away from direct heat.
For gentle hand washing, Soak lingerie wash is a gentle option for bras, briefs and delicate stretch fabrics.
